CRB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, MYHAS, and H4C7. Each is linked with CRB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1-MOB4 grouped by CRB3-low versus CRB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
