Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, AMPK_alpha, and MEK1. Each is linked with CRB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRB3 results are reported.
