CRB3

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,713 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Cytotoxic T cell degranulation. Each is linked with CRB3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB3-to-partner and partner-to-CRB3 results are reported.
