CRB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,008 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, KBTBD11, and TBC1D2. Each is linked with CRB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRB1 versus RO60 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
