CRB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,415 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CZIB, SERTAD4, and UPK1A. Each is linked with CRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRB1 versus CZIB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
