Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PKC-b-II_pS660, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CRB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CRB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CRB1-low versus CRB1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
