Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,275 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Formaldehyde catabolic process, Positive regulation of excitatory synapse assembly, and Autophagy. Each is linked with CRB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CRB1 results are reported.
