Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 386 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL16, OCSTAMP, and POU1F1. Each is linked with CRB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB1-to-partner and partner-to-CRB1 results are reported.
