CRAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF4, RN7SL96P, and MIR6870. Each is linked with CRAT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRAT-to-partner and partner-to-CRAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF4 grouped by CRAT-low versus CRAT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
