CRAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGTR2, OR5P2, and TRH. Each is linked with CRAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRAT-to-partner and partner-to-CRAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGTR2 grouped by CRAT-low versus CRAT-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
