CRAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, GZMH, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with CRAMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 grouped by CRAMP1-low versus CRAMP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
