CRAMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRAMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECTB, OR5H2, and CYP4A11. Each is linked with CRAMP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRAMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECTB grouped by CRAMP1-low versus CRAMP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
