Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRACR2A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRACR2A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CRACR2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRACR2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where CRACR2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
