CRACD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRACD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTG1P12, THRB, and SASS6. Each is linked with CRACD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRACD-to-partner and partner-to-CRACD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1P12 grouped by CRACD-low versus CRACD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
