Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRACD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CRACD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRACD-to-partner and partner-to-CRACD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2 grouped by CRACD-low versus CRACD-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
