CRACD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRACD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRACD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX2, SHISA6, and ZNF684. Each is linked with CRACD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRACD-to-partner and partner-to-CRACD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX2 grouped by CRACD-low versus CRACD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRACD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRACD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
