CRABP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,476 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRABP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7D1, COL1A2, and RBM47. Each is linked with CRABP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP2-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRABP2 versus MAP7D1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
