Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,225 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, GLI3, and FN1. Each is linked with CRABP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP2-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRABP2 versus PDLIM7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
