Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRABP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRABP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CRABP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRABP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LIHC are the cancer types where CRABP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
