Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRABP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CRABP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher CRABP1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRABP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where CRABP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
