Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CR2 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher CR2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

STAD, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where CR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
