CR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,952 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, INTS13, and SASS6. Each is linked with CR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR1-to-partner and partner-to-CR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
