Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPZ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPZ data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CPZ Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPZ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where CPZ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
