CPXM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPXM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,101 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPXM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL14A1, ISLR, and KANK2. Each is linked with CPXM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPXM2-to-partner and partner-to-CPXM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPXM2 versus COL14A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPXM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPXM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
