CPXM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPXM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,510 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPXM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMP, SFRP4, and AEBP1. Each is linked with CPXM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPXM2-to-partner and partner-to-CPXM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPXM2 versus COMP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPXM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPXM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
