CPXM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPXM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPXM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DS4, OR2M5, and OR52A1. Each is linked with CPXM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPXM1-to-partner and partner-to-CPXM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR2DS4 grouped by CPXM1-low versus CPXM1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPXM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPXM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
