Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPXCR1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CPXCR1 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CPXCR1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPXCR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and CESC show a favorable association.
KIRC, THYM, and BLCA are the cancer types where CPXCR1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
