CPVL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPVL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,982 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPVL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB2, ARHGAP45, and RCSD1. Each is linked with CPVL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPVL-to-partner and partner-to-CPVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPVL versus PLCB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
