CPVL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPVL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,296 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP4K1, SLAMF6, and RCSD1. Each is linked with CPVL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPVL-to-partner and partner-to-CPVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPVL versus MAP4K1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
