CPVL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPVL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPVL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CXCL10, and RAD51. Each is linked with CPVL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPVL-to-partner and partner-to-CPVL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by CPVL-low versus CPVL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPVL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPVL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
