CPTP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPTP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPTP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF16, LYPLA2, and PHPT1. Each is linked with CPTP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPTP-to-partner and partner-to-CPTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
