CPTP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPTP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,192 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RER1, SLC39A11, and FGF12. Each is linked with CPTP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPTP-to-partner and partner-to-CPTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
