CPTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM197Y1, CST12P, and RN7SL354P. Each is linked with CPTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPTP-to-partner and partner-to-CPTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
