CPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-212P, MIR887, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with CPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT2-to-partner and partner-to-CPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-212P grouped by CPT2-low versus CPT2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
