CPT2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT2-to-partner and partner-to-CPT2 results are reported.
