CPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C74, TGM7, and SLCO6A1. Each is linked with CPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT2-to-partner and partner-to-CPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C74 grouped by CPT2-low versus CPT2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
