CPT1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPT1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBR1, RNA5SP477, and TRIM16. Each is linked with CPT1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CPT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBR1 grouped by CPT1A-low versus CPT1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
