CPT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,030 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A20, TPCN2, and RAB1B. Each is linked with CPT1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CPT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPT1A versus SLC25A20 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
