CPT1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPT1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 418 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, USP14, and MTFMT. Each is linked with CPT1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT1A-to-partner and partner-to-CPT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGA1 grouped by CPT1A-low versus CPT1A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
