Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPSF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPSF7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CPSF7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPSF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, OV, and ESCA are the cancer types where CPSF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
