CPSF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CPSF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF7-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CPSF7-low versus CPSF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
