Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPSF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with CPSF7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF7-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by CPSF7-low versus CPSF7-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
