CPSF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF5, CCER1, and ASB17. Each is linked with CPSF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF7-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF5 grouped by CPSF7-low versus CPSF7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
