CPSF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Bcl-xL, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with CPSF6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF6-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by CPSF6-low versus CPSF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
