Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPSF4L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPSF4L data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CPSF4L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPSF4L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and ACC are the cancer types where CPSF4L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
