CPSF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,217 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP4, MSH6, and HEATR1. Each is linked with CPSF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF3 versus UTP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
