CPSF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A6, WDR43, and TTK. Each is linked with CPSF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF3 versus SLC5A6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
