CPSF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP422, and ZMYND10-AS1. Each is linked with CPSF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CPSF3-low versus CPSF3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
