CPSF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,148 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL10, DDX1, and XPO1. Each is linked with CPSF3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF3-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF3 versus NOL10 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
