CPSF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, SSRP1, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with CPSF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF2 versus UBR7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
